I transitioned to the Human Resources space specializing in scientific talent acquisition. At C-Drive, I was hiring scientists and techno-marketing people across the Biotechnology, Personal Care, Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Medical Devices & Chemicals space - pan India. At L'Oreal, I was part of the global R&I recruitment team and have been a part of scientific talent mapping and acquisition for the global R&I centers (France, Brazil, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, US, S. Africa & India).
